Return Policy

How returns and exchanges work with Loch Security.

We want you to be confident in what you buy. This policy explains how returns and exchanges work for equipment purchased from Loch Security Inc.

Unopened equipment

Unused equipment in its original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less any non-recoverable shipping or restocking cost where applicable. Proof of purchase is required.

Installed equipment

Once equipment has been installed and configured at your property, it is considered used and is generally not returnable, except where it is defective. If a device fails, the manufacturer's warranty and our workmanship coverage apply — contact us and we'll arrange repair or replacement.

Defective or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or is defective, let us know promptly and we'll make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Please keep the packaging until any issue is resolved.

Non-returnable items

Custom-configured items, opened consumables, and services already performed (such as completed installation labour or site assessments) are not refundable. Monitoring fees already incurred are non-refundable, though you may cancel future monitoring on the terms in your agreement.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order details and the reason for the return and we'll walk you through the steps. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
