Shipping Policy

How and when we ship and install Loch Security equipment.

Loch Security Inc. is a local security dealer serving Leduc, Edmonton, and central Alberta. Most of what we do is installed by our own team rather than shipped, but here's how delivery and installation work.

Installation in our service area

For customers in and around Edmonton and central Alberta, we deliver and install your equipment as part of the service. We'll schedule a date with you, bring the equipment, set it up, and make sure everything is working before we leave. Travel within our standard service area is included in the quote; for properties farther out, any travel charge is shown on your quote up front.

Shipped equipment

Where we ship equipment rather than install it, we use reputable carriers and provide tracking where available. Shipping timelines depend on the carrier and your location; we'll give you an estimate at the time of order. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your shipment on arrival and report any damage promptly.

Scheduling and delays

We do our best to meet the dates we agree on. Weather, supplier backorders, and site conditions can occasionally cause delays — if that happens, we'll keep you informed and reschedule as quickly as we can.

Acreages and rural properties

We're glad to serve rural and acreage properties near Leduc and Edmonton. For sites outside our standard area, we'll confirm any additional travel time or cost in your quote before booking.
